The National Doctoral Programme in Space Science and Technology (DN-SST) kicks off | Deadline to apply: 8 August
The doctoral program will have its administrative headquarters at the University of Trento and it involves a consortium of 20 universities and 7 national research organizations, represented by a faculty board of 65 professors and researchers. Students who are awarded doctoral scholarships will carry out their research at the Consortium's sites, according to a customized teaching offer, performing part of their activities at other sites and laboratories in Italy and abroad, according to an educational path agreed with the Faculty Board and the thesis supervisor. The courses will begin next November 1st.
There is a scholarship funded by the National Institute of Higher Mathematics on the topic "Mathematical Challenges in Space Sciences: Theoretical and Computational Methods in Celestial Mechanics and Astrodynamics".
